Hotel Per La opens on the site of the former NoMad Hotel in DTLA | Company

Perched on a timeless corner near the historic city center, Hotel Per La Los Angeles, DTLA’s newest lifestyle property, sits on the site of the former iconic NoMad Hotel at 649 S. Olive Street . The property’s current owner partnered with asset management firm HN Capital Partners to invest in the repositioning and reopening of the hotel with operating partner Sage Hospitality Group, which oversaw the management of the property. hotel and its various catering concepts.

A member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the 12-story Hotel Per La will feature 241 exclusive rooms, 10,000 square feet of event space, the launch of a new rooftop bar and pool area overlooking the skyline of Los Angeles, and a new ground floor cafe and restaurant launched in September.

Located in the Giannini building, the former home of the Bank of Italy originally built in 1922, the redesigned property will retain the signature features of the previous hotel while seeking to enhance the guest experience by introducing new new dining concepts that showcase community-focused dining experiences. and working closely with a number of local Los Angeles-based creative partners to create a new hospitality space in the downtown district.

The property began accepting reservations on July 11, slowly opening with rooms and the launch of the new rooftop bar concept in the following weeks.
