PUB giant Caledonian Heritable has acquired the staff accommodation building of the former Macdonald Marine Hotel in North Berwick.
Edinburgh-based Caledonian, owned by entrepreneur Kevin Doyle, is redeveloping the property after pushing back competition to secure the deal.
